Oakmont II Homeowners Association is committed to the preservation of neighborhood property values and maintenance of neighborhood common areas.  All homeowners are members of the association.  Annual dues are used by the board of directors to pay for common area maintenance, communicating issues of interest to homeowners and for any other association business as provided for in the covenants and bylaws located on the Forms and Documents page.
